We are real estate agency who has run its business successfuly for more than 17 years. The area we cover is Novigrad and wider surroundings. Novigrad is a small place so we are acquainted with each house and its owner personally. We can guarantee you legal as well as building quality. We run our business partly the same way as other agencies - we mediate the existing offer and give special importance to the system: searching real estates in accordance with requirements of the buyers. As mediators we cooperate with the best lawyers and notary publics.

Our job in sales is consisted of:

• finding a buyer i.e. seller,
• checking the acurateness of owner's documentation,
• mediators in sales, consolidation of all regulations from contract,
• mediation in buyer's tax duties
• carrying out documents to reading in Court

Our job of building and renovating is consisted of:

• finding appropriate real estate or object to renovate,
• helping to find an appropriate architect,
• working out building documentation,
• helping to choose a building firm,
• organizing an oversight, documents in use and technical reception
